Ralph Waldo Emerson quote
This is my life motto.
“To laugh often and love much; to win the respect of intelligent persons and the affection of children; to earn the approbation of honest citizens and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to give of one’s self; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived - this is to have succeeded.”

Wow…I like the quote (rather a paragraph worth of great teachings), too! I especially like the first few clauses saying how it is important to laugh often and love much…and win the affection of children; I totally agree with it and want to follow that principle as much as I can in my own life. :) Your blogs inspire me to start blogging too…well, maybe I should start with my own little personal diary first. hehe

Yeah, it’s a great quote. :-) but not always to follow, tho.
Glad to hear my blog serves as an inspiration to you. Pretty soon, I’m gonna be throwing Korean characters into my blog!
